Cancellation Policy
There is a 50% cancellation fee for any no-shows or cancelations with in the 72 hour before your scheduled appointment. If you are later than 15 minutes to your appointment you will have to rescheduled and you will be held responsible for the cancellation fee (100% of the appointment). If we decide to keep your appointment there will be a $15 convince charge for being late. 100% fee for all no shows/ no call and same day cancellations. You will not be able to rebook until all dues have been paid off.
